NOW SEEKING: Channel Manager – SMB & Wholesale VoIP

Telcentris is expanding its national sales and is looking for an experienced Channel Manager to assist. The Channel Manager will be supporting our VoxOx In Business division by working with our Channel Partner Program to generate sales of Hosted IP PBX, SIP Trunking, Hosted Contact Center and Wholesale solutions. These solutions offer a significant competitive advantage to customers in terms of cost savings, productivity increases, convenience and ease of use.

Responsibilities:

o Prospect for Agent Partners including Interconnects, IT companies, Master Agents, MSP’s and entrepreneurs.
o Train Agents on our products, services and systems.
o Assist Agents with bill analysis and proposals
o Exceed monthly sales quotas.
o Maintain account relationships.

Requirements:

o Quickly develop a thorough knowledge and understanding of the Company’s products and continually enhance skills on how to apply that knowledge to solve Agent needs.
o Position requires an existing thorough knowledge of competitive offerings, systems and dealers, with the ability to use that knowledge to overcome objections raised by prospects.
o Minimum 2 years in Channel Manager position
o Knowledge of hosted and/or premise based phone systems
o Some travel
o Work from home office (computer, phone and other expenses provided)

Location:

Channel Manager may work from home office. Should be located in or near major city like Denver, Chicago, NY, Tampa Bay, Miami, Dallas, Houston, etc..
