• Dedicated phone numbers that can be directed to specific extensions, ring groups, auto attendants, or voicemail boxes

Virtual Phone Number with Voicemail Box $4.99 each per month

• 1 domestic DID (US and Canada)
• Standard Voicemail Box, including Voicemail to Email
• Set up a Voicemail box for remote employees that are not in the office.

Conference Bridge Services $9.99 each per month (plus usage)

• 1 domestic DID
• $.049 per minute usage fees apply
• 1 Toll Free number
• Extension access for access with no cost per minute if access on network
• 1 standard bridge number but up to 10 for no additional charge if requested

Virtual Fax – Unlimited Inbound Fax to Email- Individual Account, $5.99 per month

• Includes 1 fax number that accepts faxes and sends them in .pdf format to an email address of the your choice.
• Telcentris can also port existing fax #’s to this service.

Virtual Fax – Fax to Email (Inbound/outbound electronic FAX) – Individual account, $16.99 per month and $0.39 per minute (or minute bundle)

• Includes unlimited inbound Fax to Email
• Includes outbound; converts to a fax message and sends to an analog fax machine.
• This service is $16.99 per month plus per minute charges while fax is being delivered (approximately 2 pages per minute). Usage is billed at $.039 per minute unless customer has purchased discounted minute bundles on their account, in which case they are then deducted from the bundles.

Configuration Requirements:

• Plans require an EdgeMarc managed router provided by Telcentris. Managed routers are available from $17 per month. Router choice dependent on network requirements.
• Switch optional but often recommended. Managed switches available from $8 per month and available for purchase from $156 per switch.
• Bandwidth requirements may vary dependent on your network and needs. See a Telcentris representative for assistance with your free quote.
• Includes: 1 seat license for every phone, conference phone, ATA or soft phone extension
• Includes: A dedicated Project Manager for your order
