Ed Mallory
Director, Operations

Ed brings 10 years of IT management and operations experience from the collegiate, start-up and manufacturing sectors. His technical expertise includes the implementation and management of Enterprise Resource Planning systems, medical billing systems, support system management as well as both Microsoft and Unix server administration. In addition to the management of Information Systems he provides top-tier support and operations assistance.

Ed grew up in San Diego and, for the past 14 years, has taken every opportunity to satisfy his love for snowboarding at Mammoth Mountain and summers surfing in San Diego's North Country. Ed holds a BA in Communications, with a minor in Physics, from Denison University and, prior to joining TelCentris, served as the Technology Director on the Board of the Golden Triangle Chamber of Commerce.
